FEI QUANTA FEG 250 扫描电子显微镜主要用于材料表面、断面形貌观察。该电镜配有附件EDAX 能谱仪,用于微区成分定性定量分析;电子背散射衍射仪,用于晶体结构、晶体取向、晶粒分布、应力分布等分析。
