Associate Professor Da-Wei Wang  did his undergraduate study at Physics Department, Peking University, obtained his Doctor degree at Department of Physics, Engineering Physics and Astronomy, Queen’s University (Canada). After a two-year postdoctoral research at University of Arkansas (US), he joined the Institute of Electronic Materials, School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University as an Associate Professor.  He is mainly interested in ferroelectric oxide materials, which he investigates using molecular dynamics simulations and first principle calculations. So far he has published more than 30 academic papers on prestigious journals, such as Nature Materials, Nature Communications, Phys. Rev. Lett., Phys. Rev. B and so on. The total SCI citation is over 200. He was elected to be one of the ten New Academic Researchers of Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2014.
